Through to Sitting Room with wood burning stove and TV/video; open staircase leading upstairs Door leads directly onto large enclosed gardens (Finzean House Garden which cottage guests are free to use) There is a garden table and chairs and sheltered patio area just outside the cottage

The cottage is fully equipped and centrally heated.
Bed linen and towels are provided
A cot, high chair & changing mat are available on request.

NB:  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation and the balance settled four weeks prior to arrival.   Check-in time is 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is 10am on the day of departure.   During quieter periods it may be possible to arrange an earlier check-in time and a later check-out time.   Please check with the Estate Office
